1. Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between baji9 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person registered with or using baji9's services ("User", "you"). These Terms apply to baji9's website, mobile app, and all associated digital services.

By accessing the baji9 website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we advise you to refrain from using the platform.

These Terms have been prepared specifically for users in Bangladesh and are written in English so they are easy for everyone to understand. In case of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use any paid service on baji9, you must create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account cancellation along with forfeiture of associated funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. If different members of the same household use the platform from the same device or network, please contact us in advance to clarify the situation.

2.3 Account Security

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

baji9 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to bonuses received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, if you receive a bonus of ৳1,200, you must complete bets worth ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 to withdraw it.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once per individual or household.
• The minimum deposit to receive a bonus is ৳300.
• baji9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Payment Methods

baji9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Additional methods may be added in the future.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: within 5 to 30 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be verified before making a withdrawal. baji9 may request additional verification information for security purposes. Where applicable, processing a withdrawal request may take some time. The withdrawal amount must be subject to the completion of any active bonus wagering requirements.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on baji9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

baji9 offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and live casino features. Each game or market may have its own additional rules, which will be noted on the relevant page.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a special provision exists on the platform's end.
• If incorrect odds or amounts are displayed due to a technical error, baji9 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.
• baji9's decision on determining results shall be considered final.
• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Markets and odds are subject to change and may be updated without prior notice.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino game and slot results are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each round is independent and does not depend on previous results. baji9 always follows a fair play policy.
